The absolute encoders Singleturn Sendix 5863FS2 / 5883FS2 are suitable for use in safety-related applications up to SIL2 according to EN 61800-5-2 or PLd according to EN ISO 13849-1. The specially interlocked bearings in the Safety Lock™ design, the high integration density of the OptoASIC-based components and the stable die-cast housing make them perfect for demanding outdoor applications up to IP67.
